Happily Ever After at the Winery
Thank you for considering us for your Wedding, Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary party, or other special event! We have two main event areas, our pavilion which we can easily seat 250 people or our seasonal indoor dining area which we can seat 100 people.
Each rental tier has a maximum number of guests for said rental fee. Fees do not include 6.875% use tax.
To assist, when the guest count is only slightly above the selected tier, each additional guest is an added $25 with a maximum of 10 guests. Please note that during regular winery hours, general public traffic will be present in the store and do use the same rest rooms.
Your rent includes:
- Head tables and general seating that sit 8 per table, chairs, linens, one cake table, one small guest book table, and one gift table.
- Use of the facility from 11am - 12am. By 12am event hosts have completed removal of decorations, gifts, etc. and have vacated the facilities.
The cost of the meal served on china is determined by the number of guests multiplied by the price per meal with children 3 and younger as free. We are open to working with you and our caterer to design a meal that better fits your needs.

Beverages served by our complimentary bar tenders during your celebration include:
Wine, Bottled Beer, Soda, and a variety of Mixed Drinks, priced out at our standard store price. When the event hosts are no longer furnishing beverages for their guests, the bar becomes a cash bar.
No other ALCOHOL or any other beverage can be brought on Millner Heritage Vineyard & Winery property. If it occurs, it will be taken away and hopefully no further action has to be taken. Please inform your guests of this policy.
